**Engine:** RTT/1
**Mode:** S‑mode
**Session:** rtt=1 · coherence=declared · drift=bounded · paradox=structural

RTT/1 is the foundational structural engine of the RTT canon.
It provides a clarity‑first, drift‑bounded method for examining the structure of any conceptual input — arguments, frameworks, theories, specifications, narratives, or documents.

RTT/1 does not interpret meaning.
It evaluates **structure only**.

---

## Canonical Description
RTT/1 operates through a sequence of structural layers, each revealing a different aspect of the input:

1. **Clarity Surface**
   The visible surface of the input: stated elements, claims, vocabulary, and structural shape.

2. **Load‑Bearing Detection**
   Identification of elements the input depends on for structural stability.

3. **Contradiction Scan**
   Exposure of direct, implicit, and structural contradictions.

4. **Structural Critique**
   Synthesis of presence, absence, tension, stability, and structural geometry.

5. **Diagnostic Surface**
   A parsable diagnostic table summarizing the structural state of the input.

These layers form a **linear, layered pipeline** that preserves coherence and prevents interpretive drift.

---

## Pipeline
The RTT/1 pipeline is strict and ordered:

```
clarity_surface
→ load_bearing_detection
→ contradiction_scan
→ structural_critique
→ diagnostic_surface
```

Each module receives the outputs of earlier modules.
No module resolves contradictions or alters coherence.

---

## Structural Geometry
RTT/1 classifies structural behavior using:

- **Presence** — elements that appear consistently
- **Absence** — elements the structure requires but lacks
- **Tension** — misalignments between structural layers
- **Stability** — structural integrity under RTT criteria
- **Shape** — linear, layered, radial, or hybrid

This geometry is used to produce the final diagnostic table.

## Purpose
RTT/1 is designed for:

- structural analysts
- students learning RTT
- researchers evaluating conceptual stability
- AIs performing structural reasoning
- front‑ends such as critique.biz, gradient.vip, and aigenius.win

RTT/1 is the foundation of the RTT engine suite (RTT/1, RTT/2, RTT/3, RTT/12).
